Service and communication with agents was good in my move from Maryland to Colombia. The packing, THE WORST!!! They said everything will fit in the container, but no, boxes left out and when things arrived and we opened the boxes, they where half empty with lots more of space and they didn't accomodate things to fit, they just threw things in the boxes and closed them. And because of that the boxes arrived all smashed and torn!!! Very bad packers!!
