Clarksburg Movers Review, Reviewed by Ms. Saundra Holland on 01/20/2011 . MATTHEW MOVING COMPANY MOVERS PLACED MY HOUSEHOLD GOODS, TO INCLUDE MY WASHER AND DRYER INTO MY NEW HOME ON JANUARY 13, 2011. WHICH WAS INSPECTED PRIOR TO ME MOVING IN AND THERE WERE NO DAMAGES NOTED. IMMEDIATEY AFTER THEY LEFT I NOTICED THAT WATER WAS IN THE LAUNDRY ROOM AND THAT THE MAIN SWITCH OF THE WATER LINE WAS TURNED COMPLETEY OFF. WHICH WAS ODD BECAUSE PRIOR TO THE MOVERS SHOWING UP TO MY PROPERTY THE MAIN WATER SWITCH WAS ON BECAUSE I WAS RINSING OFF RAGS TO CLEAN MY COUNTER TOPS. SO I WENT TO THE BASEMENT AND TURNED THE WATER BACK ON AND BY THE TIME I MADE IT BACK TO THE THIRD LEVEL OF THE HOUSE THE WATER PIPE WAS CRACKED OPEN AND WATER WAS COMING OUT AT A VERY FAST PACE. I THEN RUSHED BACK TO THE BASEMENT TO TURN THE MAIN WATER SWITCH OFF. I INSPECTED THE AREA AND NOTICED THAT THE LAUNDRY ROOM, HALLWAY LEADING TO THE BEDROOM WAS SOAKED WITH STANDING WATER. THE MOVERS WERE RUSHING THROUGH THE PAPERWORK TRYING TO LEAVE. THE MOVERS FAILED TO TELL ME THEIR MISTAKE AND THEREFORE CAUSING ME PAIN AND SUFFERINGS MOVING INTO MY NEW HOME ON MY FIRST NIGHT. ON TOP OF EVERYTHING THEY CAUSED ME THEY REFUSED TO BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES. Rating: 5

Hey there, I couldn't let the nite pass on our very first day in our new home without saying a BIG thank you to Frank and company for a FLAWLESS move!! There aren't enough words to express my sincere thanks and appreciation for their attention to detail, customer service, friendly attitude and overall PERFECT job!!!! Clarksburg Movers Review, Reviewed by Vickie on 12/17/2010 . I would just like to thank Frank and his crew for a job well don under adverse weather conditions. It rained all day and Frank and his crew made sure that nothing got wet and that both the old and new residence were protected from the wet. We did not have any damage to any of our belongings. Thanks too, to Kristina for keeping us informed throughout the entire move process. Rating: 5

Clarksburg Movers Reviews, Reviewed by Clarissa on 08/31/2010 . Service and communication with agents was good in my move from Maryland to Colombia. The packing, THE WORST!!! They said everything will fit in the container, but no, boxes left out and when things arrived and we opened the boxes, they where half empty with lots more of space and they didn´t accomodate things to fit, they just threw things in the boxes and closed them. And because of that the boxes arrived all smashed and torn!!! Very bad packers!! Rating: 5
